What is ERA?

Founded in 2003, Educational Recreational Adventures is a non-profit organization that fosters human development through science and environmental education, outdoor skills instruction, outdoor adventures and opportunities for environmental restoration. These goals are accomplished through classes, camps, school and after-school programs, field trips and tours. ERA conducts forest education and aquatic education programs for people of all ages. ERA teaches outdoor skills like fly fishing, archery, cross-country skiing and backpacking.  ERA serves school groups, families, summer camps, companies, tour groups, etc.  ERA custom-designs and adapts programs to the needs of every client.
